Epoxy Floor Coatings in Anchorage, Alaska
Durable, beautiful epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings for garages, hangars, warehouses, and commercial facilities — built to survive Alaska's extreme conditions.
Alaska-Grade Floor Coatings That Last
Bare concrete is porous, stains easily, and deteriorates fast under Alaska's freeze-thaw cycles, road salt, and heavy use. A professionally installed epoxy or polyaspartic floor coating transforms your concrete into a seamless, chemical-resistant, easy-to-clean surface that looks great and lasts decades. We grind, prep, and coat — no shortcuts.

Our Epoxy Installation Process
Proper prep is 80% of a lasting epoxy floor. We never skip steps — and we never use big-box store kits.
Free On-Site Estimate
We assess your concrete — age, condition, moisture levels, existing coatings, and any cracks or damage — and recommend the right system for your application and budget.
Concrete Grinding & Profile
We use professional diamond grinders to open the concrete surface and create the mechanical profile needed for epoxy adhesion. This step is non-negotiable.
Crack & Spall Repair
Cracks, divots, and spalled areas are filled and leveled with epoxy mortar or polyurea crack filler before any coating is applied.
Moisture Testing
We test for moisture vapor transmission. High moisture requires a moisture-tolerant primer or vapor barrier coat — skipping this step causes delamination.
Primer / Base Coat
A penetrating epoxy primer seals the concrete and provides the foundation for the system. For flake systems, the base coat color is chosen to complement the flake blend.
Flake Broadcast or Color Coat
Vinyl flakes are broadcast to full rejection (complete coverage) or the solid/metallic color coat is applied. This is where the floor starts to look amazing.
Clear Topcoat
One or two coats of polyaspartic or urethane clear topcoat seal and protect the system. This layer provides UV stability, chemical resistance, and the final sheen.
Cure & Return to Service
Standard epoxy systems are ready for foot traffic in 24 hours and vehicles in 72 hours. Polyaspartic systems can be driven on in as little as 24 hours.
